Coordination (Logistics Management)
You’ve got all the planning down! But…you’re smart, and you realize that while you’re fully capable of planning every little detail leading up to your wedding day, there is still SO much to do on the day of! And, even though you may be good at it, you want to enjoy your wedding day! You want your wedding party, family, and friends to enjoy your day also! That’s where our team comes in to help!
We have a few meetings about 8-12 weeks out from your wedding day where we learn all about your visions and needs for your wedding day. We create your timeline and share it with your vendors making sure they know everything that’s important to you. Then when your big day comes, we are able to execute all those visions and the timeline, we take care of all your decor setup and break it down at the end of the night, we’re the one that does any problem solving if needed, and we keep all the vendors on the same page!
It’s YOUR wedding day after all, you should be in bliss. Let all of your hard work payoff, do yourself a favor, and reach out!

Partial Planning
You’ve got most of the planning down! But…you’ve never planned a wedding before, and life is busy, and that’s okay! Your friends and family are helpful but you’d like to bounce some ideas off of someone who is in the industry keeping up with current knowledge, vendors, trends, and more. You could plan every little detail because you’re a rockstar, but you value having someone trusted in your corner along the way.
The partial planning package is perfect for you. It gives you over double the meetings you’d get with just the coordination package, and each meeting is tailored to fit your individual needs. As a planners, some of our favorite things to do is organize, strategize, and make lists, We’ll take the guesswork out of your planning and do these things for you with each meeting. You’ll also have access to unlimited communication, a budget spreadsheet, and vendor recommendations.
You’ll get everything that the coordination package includes, plus a planning sidekick! And guess what? We LOVE talking everything wedding! So come tell us all about yours!
